Donor/Sponsorship Opportunities

Gain visibility for your business or cause, celebrate achievements, help defray costs, and gain a charitable tax deduction by becoming a donor for Stages or sponsor for Celebrate Stages, the annual fundraising event of A Magical Journey Thru Stages, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Choose from a variety of donor/sponsorship opportunities with benefits at Celebrate Stages and throughout our season (see descriptions below) or choose to simply buy a program ad. All sponsorships and ads must be received by April 1 to be recognized in print at Celebrate Stages 2025.

Sponsorship Levels

Gala Underwriter ($25,000+)

Be the magical supporter of youth theater in our community as a Gala Underwriter for Celebrate Stages! Your name will be prominently displayed as “Celebrate Stages produced by YourName/Company” on our website and social media. Our recognition package includes your name on all ads, press releases, and the front cover of the Gala and all season and summer playbills, full-page, full-color ad in the season and summer playbills and gala event program upon request, outstanding recognition at our annual gala event, reserved seats for the gala event upon request, reserved box seating for four season shows upon request, a listing in our playbills, and recognition on our Donor Wall.

Gala Executive Producer ($10,000+)

Be a top tier donor to support youth theater in our community at our Celebrate Stages gala with a Gala Executive Producer sponsorship! Our recognition package includes a full-page, full-color ad in the season and summer playbills and gala event program upon request, prominent recognition at our annual gala event, reserved seats for gala event upon request, reserved box seating for three season shows upon request, a listing in our playbills, and recognition on our Donor Wall.

Gala Venu Sponsor ($5,000+)

Sponsor our use of the beautiful Cathedral Hall space as a Gala Venue Sponsor for Celebrate Stages, the annual fundraising gala for A Magical Journey Thru Stages. Your sponsorship will help cover the costs of facility rental, tech, chairs, and custodial support. In recognition, you will receive prominent recognition at the event, reserved seats at the event upon request, reserved box seating for two season shows upon request, a full-page ad in the event program upon request, a listing in our playbills, and mention and signage at the event.

Gala Award Sponsor ($2,500+)

Sponsor the Standing Ovation Award at Celebrate Stages, recognizing an outstanding volunteer for A Magical Journey Thru Stages. Your sponsorship includes featured recognition at the event, reserved seats at the event upon request, reserved box seating for one season show upon request, a half-page ad in the event program upon request, a listing in our playbills, and recognition on our Donor Wall.

Gala Technology Platform Sponsor ($1,000+)

As a Technology Platform Sponsor for Celebrate Stages, you will help cover processing fees for using our donation and ticketing service. Your sponsorship Includes a quarter-page ad in the event program upon request, listing in our playbills and event program, and recognition on our Donor Wall.

Gala Invitation Sponsor ($500+)

As a Gala Invitation Sponsor for Celebrate Stages, you will help cover our costs for online and printed invitations and other related costs of the event. Your sponsorship includes recognition on each invitation (time permitting), a quarter-page ad in the event program upon request, a listing in playbills and event program, and recognition on our Donor Wall.

Gala Refreshment Hall Sponsor ($250+)

As a Gala Refreshment Hall Sponsor, you will be supporting our refreshment hall food, beverages, setup, and decoration. Your sponsorship includes a listing in our playbills and event program.

Gala Performer Gift Sponsor ($250+)

As a Gala Performer Gift Sponsor, you will be helping to provide gift baskets for our very talented Celebrate Stages performers. Your sponsorship includes a listing in our playbills and event program.

Gala Show Program Sponsor ($100+)

Sponsor the design and production of the Celebrate Stages gala programs. Your sponsorship includes a listing in our playbills and the event program.
